Larson’s Cobra Science Olympiad Competition

On January 20th, the Science Olympiad team went to Birmingham for their second competition! At times it was exciting and at times it was nerve-wraking because for some of us it was our first compitition and for others it was a chance to prove whether we are good enough to be able to go to the next competition and to prove to ourselves if we have worked hard enough to make it pay off. Larson ended up winning a lot of medals and ribbons and got 9th place over all in the state and 3rd over all in our county, which was good considering it was only our second competition in the season. Our next two competitions are in February and they will be on February 10th in Great Lakes and on February 17th at U of M, so make sure to come back in February to get an update on both competitions! Congratulations to all the winners and good luck for all future competitions!
